Please know before booking an online Zoom or in-person session. Refund Policy
There are no refunds before or after any of the services provided. It is your responsibility to understand this and consent to the Terms and Conditions before concluding any purchase.
No-show appointments: After 15 minutes, they will be automatically canceled and considered a donation to the Magdalena Sacred Heart Temple of Love Ministry.
Rescheduling due to illness or emergency is your responsibility. Please notify us to receive a coupon for rescheduling your session.
Situations may arise occasionally where Keleena must to reschedule with you (due to illness or emergency). No refunds are provided for this; in this case, we will reschedule you for the next available time.
